Matt Nouraei
Matt Nouraei possesses an impressive two-decade career in the mortgage industry, characterized by a remarkable record of closing over 3000 transactions with a total volume exceeding a staggering 900 million as of 2023.
Educated both in Germany and at Cal State Long Beach, Matt embarked on his mortgage journey in 2004, starting with Home Loan Center and later transitioning to LendingTree Loans. Throughout his career, Matt consistently stands out as a top performer, securing top rankings in every company he has been a part of, and consistently maintaining a position among the Top 10 Producers.
In his role as a mortgage broker, Matt made a pivotal decision to establish Linour Lending, a company designed to serve as a comprehensive hub for all mortgage needs. Instead of specializing in a single product, Matt’s vision for Linour Lending is to offer a wide array of mortgage loan programs, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology to streamline processes for both consumers and staff alike.
Matt is a multilingual professional, fluent in Farsi, German, and English. His extensive expertise extends beyond originating mortgages; he has also successfully owned and managed numerous Mortgage and Real Estate companies throughout California during the course of his illustrious career. Matt Nouraei’s journey in the mortgage industry is a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in the field.

Outside of his professional life, Matt enjoys playing soccer and basketball. During his weekends, he treasures quality time with his wife in Laguna Beach.

Kamran Yousefi
Kamran Yousefi, an Iranian-American, established roots in Irvine, California, in 1989. His educational path led him through Woodbridge High School and California State Fullerton. In 2003, Kamran embarked on his professional journey within the mortgage industry. He commenced his career as a Jr. Loan Officer at New Century Mortgage and swiftly ascended to the position of Sr. Loan Officer in a mere six-month span.
The year 2004 brought an exciting transition as he was recruited by Home Loan Center, subsequently becoming LendingTree. This role broadened Kamran’s expertise to encompass various lending types beyond >subprime. Kamran ventured into the broker world, co-founding Western Loans Inc. alongside his father in 2006. Initially, the company operated as a loan brokerage, but as market dynamics evolved, the focus shifted towards the real estate sector, particularly in REO and short sale listings.
In 2010, Kamran’s career took an exciting turn when he joined Auction.com later known as Ten-X, the world’s largest real estate auction platform. His responsibilities included managing the disposition of distressed and non-distressed CRE commercial properties across 47 states, with transaction values ranging from $75,000 to $30,000,000. Kamran closely oversaw these assets from the auction intake stage through to their final disposition.
In November 2015, driven by a desire to return to the debt side of the business, Kamran found his calling in the private money sector. Guiding investors in funding their projects has proven to be the most rewarding aspect of his career. Whether assisting first-time or seasoned investors, Kamran continues to support his clients. He is deeply passionate about helping investors achieve their financial goals and is known for his expertise and commitment to the private lending sector.
Currently residing in Orange County, California, Kamran is married with two daughters, embracing both his personal and professional journey with enthusiasm and commitment. Kamran enjoys grilling delicious BBQ dishes and cherishing precious moments with his beloved wife and their two daughters in his leisure time.
