I am so happy working with Alex Safavi to refinance my home. We had tried to refinance with other companies to no avail. We had a Hero loan that was costing us a lot in taxes, and we were told that our cost of debt to income was to high. Alex worked hard to find us just the right lender. and we got approved. This allowed us to lower our monthly payment and pay off the Hero loan which was a big cost to our taxes. A Hero loan is very hard to pay off because of the way it is set up.
